The Puerto Rican Heritage Society is proud to announce the return of its biennial festival. The 17th Puerto Rican festival will take place on Sunday, October 29, 2023 at the San Antonio Shrine Auditorium, located at 901 N. Loop 1604 W., San Antonio, TX 78232. Doors will open at 11:30 a.m., with live entertainment beginning at noon and the festival running until 6 p.m. The theme for the event is “Pa’lante,” which signifies the non-profit organization’s journey of continuing forward with its mission of celebrating Puerto Rican culture through live music, dance and the arts.

Ticket pricing is as follows:
$30 — General Admission
$15 — Kids (Ages 4 – 12)
Free for kids ages 3 and under
$100 — VIP
VIP tickets will give patrons access not only to the festival, but also access to the pre-festival event called “Cafe con Cultura,” a meet and greet with the festival headliner and swag bags.

Volunteers are also needed to help with several aspects of the festival including set-up, admissions, drink sales, VIP area, and more. An informational meeting for volunteers will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at 10 a.m. at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church, located at 10703 Wurzbach Road, San Antonio, TX 78230.
